We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. Most automatic data is limited to standard server and content-delivery logs from our hosting provider. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Information Processed Under Government and Customer Contracts

4.1. In the course of performing engineering services, we may access, receive, store, or process data on behalf of and at the direction of a government or prime-contractor customer. The handling of such data — including any Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Federal Contract Information (FCI), or classified information — is governed by the applicable contract and by federal law and regulation, which may include the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS 252.204-7012, NIST SP 800-171, the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program, and the National Industrial Security Program. This Privacy Policy does not govern that data.

4.2. Sensitive Information Notice. Our public website and general email are not authorized channels for classified information, CUI, or export-controlled technical data. Please do not submit such information through this website or by email. If you need to share controlled information, contact us first to arrange an appropriate, authorized method of transmission.

5.1. We do not sell personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
